Meadow Mystery CAL Part 4
🌿 Welcome Back to the Meadow Mystery CAL – Part 4
This is where Meadow really starts to take shape. In this part, we’ll be contouring his body, shaping the gentle curves that give him his relaxed stance — including that round little backside that keeps him firmly planted in the meadow.
Let’s grab our yarn and hook and keep building, one thoughtful stitch at a time 🌼

Part 4 – A Big Reveal
This is one of those parts you really have to crochet to understand.
Using short rows, you’ll shape the back into a gentle curve, extend it forward, and let the openings at the sides naturally form the base for the legs. It creates a smooth transition from body to buttocks — not just two cylinders stuck on.
It might feel unfamiliar at first, but trust the process. Once it clicks, the shaping makes complete sense in your hands.
Take it slow and enjoy this section — these curves are what give Meadow his weight and character.
👉 Remember to share your progress with the hashtag #MeadowMysteryCAL — it’s such a joy seeing Meadow take shape in so many different ways!
